Who writes our content
Every guide on this site is written by the UBM Solutions Team: pro AV system designers and product specialists at Universal Business Machines, Mumbai, who have advised Indian schools, offices, hotels and venues since 1997.
How we research
- We start from real questions buyers ask us, and on Reddit and Quora.
- Statistics come from named, linked sources such as the Ministry of Education (UDISE+), CAIT and published market research.
- We do not publish made-up prices, client names or numbers.
How we review
- Each guide is checked for technical accuracy by a UBM specialist before publishing.
- Guides are reviewed regularly and the "last reviewed" date is shown on every article.

Vendor neutrality
UBM distributes several brands. Our guides compare technologies on their merits and recommend what suits the room, not a single product line.
