Walk into most Indian schools today and you will find a smart board somewhere. Walk in again a year later and many of them are being used as an expensive projector screen, or not at all. The problem is rarely the idea of digital learning. It is screens that wash out in daylight, boards that need calibrating before every period, teachers who were never trained, and a supplier who takes three weeks to send a technician. UBM has been fixing exactly these problems for Indian schools, colleges and universities since 1997.
